Identifying a DPMC Dealer

All genuine spare parts dealers are easily identified by the Stand Board and the Name Board provided by DPMC. In order to achieve a set standard, they are awarded the corporate identity.

Dealer Training

All our dealers are well-groomed in technical aspects and customer care through continuous training. These training sessions include subject areas of customer service, entrepreneurship, management of funds and merchandising and are conducted by external facilitators.
