Assistant Manager - Technical Training 

Responsibilities:

• Conducting training programs including fundamental automotive theory, application, maintenance, technical specifications, workshop management and quality customer service.
• Identifying, implementing and improving training and development techniques to achieve the expected knowledge and competency levels of staff members and dealer staff.
• Consulting to resolve field technical problems as necessary.
• Guiding the staff of the Technical Training Center and managing training facilities, equipment maintenance, tool and parts inventories.
• Preparing training operations budget forecasts

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions
• 2 to 4 years’ of experience in teaching automotive theory and technical subjects
• Technical report reviewing and writing experience
• Good command of both written and speaking English
