Our regional offices are the public face of DPMC and usually the first point of contact for anyone outside of Colombo. We are a one-to-one operation and serve our customers individually, providing a total solution to their transport needs. Our regional offices know our customer base intimately and administer to all their requirements, as well as taking care of our sales and service network and spare parts dealers.

Our presence and services throughout the region are second to none. The regional offices coordinate the dealer network and are also at the forefront of developing and expanding the markets in the region.

We place a premium on customer care and pride ourselves on our excellent after sales service. Regular training programs on driver competence, traffic regulations and road discipline for our customers are part and parcel of the services we offer. These are well attended and are supported by the local traffic police who are appreciative of our efforts to promote better road usage.

Our regional offices also take the leadership in implementing our social welfare activities, coordinating a range of projects from bridge building in remote areas to providing school buildings to supplement existing educational facilities.
