In our constant efforts to improve customer satisfaction and after care service, we take workmanship and customer care to another level at our workshops. Be it a three-wheeler owner or a motorcyclist, we give the same personal care and same attention to detail.
Although traditionally anything connected with vehicle repair and maintenance is associated with being greasy and oil streaked, we at DPMC don’t believe it has to be that way. ….

Our clean and modern workshop at Hyde Park Corner is equipped to handle all maintenance repairs and running repairs of all Bajaj vehicle models sold by us. We have a large complement of trained staff and trainees and a service capacity of 70 vehicles per day at the Bajaj two-wheeler and three-wheeler maintenance/repair sections. Before carrying out repairs or service, existing records are referred to using an advanced online information system.

At Bandaragama our trained permanent staff and trainees at the workshop offer a complete solution to our customers and attend to all the paint and body repairs on the whole range of our vehicles.
Unlike in the old days when bad weather meant that a vehicle wouldn’t get painted until rain stopped, here at Bandaragama 12 work bays and an advanced, all weather paint booth handle vehicle painting under cover, making certain that vehicles are completed and returned to the customer in the shortest possible time with the least amount of inconvenience.
Future plans include expansion of the workshop to cope with the increase in volume of vehicles coming in and a motorcycle accident repair service. Plans to introduce new equipment to the existing workshop to speed up the turnaround time are also in the pipeline.
