Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Manage customer service hotline.
தகைமைகள் :
- Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- School leavers would also be considered.
