Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

Upon completing the relevant training period, the selected candidate is responsible for leading, nurturing and mentoring a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to deliver productivity, efficiency and right first-time fix objectives. 

He/she should be able to promote a safe work environment; maintain and ensure adherence to company OHAS procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma relevant to the automobile field from a recognized institution.
• Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Sinhala or Tamil and/or English with effective technical and problem solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Good working knowledge of MS office applications and experience in working in a computerized environment and use of analytical software.
• Ability to work well under pressure, make quick decisions and work independently while being a good team player.
