Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Manage customer service hotline.

Requirements :

• Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• School leavers would also be considered.
