DPMC Learning and Development Team conducts Private Sector Exposure programme for Sri Lanka Administrative Service

DPMC Learning and Development  Team conducted a three-day Private Sector Exposure programme for the Cadet Officers of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS)

SLAS is the premier management service of the Government to which Graduates are recruited every year through an open competitive examination. A comprehensive induction training covering several areas is conducted for one year for the SLAS Cadets, for which, a new module comprising Private Sector Exposure has been introduced. DPMC was selected to deliver this programme for the second consecutive year due to the commitment shown by DPMC’s Learning and Development Team towards achieving the key outcomes during the previous year. As part of the programme a special learning course was designed for the Graduates to enhance their knowledge on best practices of the company covering General management, Learning and Development and Performance management areas etc.
