DPMC expands Sales Dealer Network

Expanding their 2W Sales Dealer Network, DPMC appointed new Dealers in Dambulla and Horana.

The two new dealerships are Sameera Motors, 353/1, Matale Road, Dambulla and Suren Motors, No. 26/B, Ratnapura Road, Munagama, Horana.

The new dealerships will further strengthen customer access and reach of the Brand new CT100 motorcycles now being assembled and sold by DPMC under the Local Value Addition Programme.

The women who successfully completed the ‘Empowering Women Through Technical Training,’ Programme organized by David Pieris Group, received certificates and comprehensive tool kits at the awards ceremony held at the North Gate Hotel, Jaffna this morning.

DPMC signed an agreement with USAID to electrify three wheelers

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the USAID Sri Lanka Energy Program and David Pieris Motor Company (DPMC) that will facilitate the electrification of three-wheelers.

Under this partnership, DPMC will convert internal combustion engine three-wheelers to electric and offer after-sales services through their island-wide service centres, while USAID-supported Sri Lanka Energy Programme will provide technical assistance and will help establish a network of charging stations that will build an enabling environment for the uptake of electric three-wheelers.
