DPMC Learning and Development  Team conducted a three-day Private Sector Exposure programme for the Cadet Officers of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS)

SLAS is the premier management service of the Government to which Graduates are recruited every year through an open competitive examination. A comprehensive induction training covering several areas is conducted for one year for the SLAS Cadets, for which, a new module comprising Private Sector Exposure has been introduced.
