DPMC Learning and Development  Team conducted a three-day Private Sector Exposure programme for the Cadet Officers of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS)

SLAS is the premier management service of the Government to which Graduates are recruited every year through an open competitive examination. A comprehensive induction training covering several areas is conducted for one year for the SLAS Cadets, for which, a new module comprising Private Sector Exposure has been introduced. DPMC was selected to deliver this programme for the second consecutive year due to the commitment shown by DPMC’s Learning and Development Team towards achieving the key outcomes…

‘Bajaj Master Mech’ is a Skill Contest which spans two days, concluding with an awards night. It is organized by Bajaj Auto Limited annually in India, for dealers of their Distributors worldwide. In addition to the main event held every year in India, National events are conducted in respective countries. Throughout the contest, Dealer mechanics are able to display their skills and they are evaluated on their Bajaj product knowledge. This helps them to understand their potential, thereby further motivating them.
